We are super excited to renovate the buffet sections at each of the venues here at De Uijlenes.
The Old Barn & Forest venue’s buffet area will be renovated this year in winter with the Nightjar’s buffet done later in the year.
The buffet areas will be extended and renovated to look more like a modern farmhouse kitchen/deli with new and exciting ways to present the food, with some of the dishes being cooked at the buffet by the chefs in wood fired ovens. We feel this will enable us to serve a menu that is keeping with our farm to plate ethos, but be fun and memorable to guests also – with food that not only looks good but tastes amazing too.
