Our incredible head gardener, Sally, is planning and planting a kitchen garden on the farm just outside the main kitchen with a variety of the herbs and ingredients our chefs often use.
It doesn’t get much fresher than the chef being able to walk just outside to pick some of the ingredients we serve at our weddings, straight from the garden. Guests will be able to use this too, if you are wanting a bit of fresh rosemary on your lamb chops at the Friday night braai – help yourself 🙂
